Crawford Falls is a pet friendly multi-building 3-story condo complex located one mile from Clemson University. Yes, that’s right, pet friendly! Both dogs (60 lb limit ) and cats are welcome at Crawford Falls.
The complex has a spacious outdoor courtyard providing plenty of green space for games, tanning, outdoor studying, or any activity of your choice. The courtyard is also complete with a sand volleyball court and outdoor gas grills. If the courtyard is not appealing enough, there is also an outdoor lagoon style pool equipped with lounge chairs and outdoor tables and chairs.
In addition to the courtyard, Crawford Falls has two clubhouses that are furnished with couches and a big screen TV, a gym, foosball table, pool table, and private study room. These spaces would be a great place to host a meeting, collaborate over a group project, or simply just a great quiet place to study.

Parking & Transportation
Crawford Falls has its own parking lot and each condo comes with 4 parking spaces. Parking spaces are not numbered or assigned, but each vehicle will need a parking sticker to avoid being towed. There are also visitor parking spaces in the parking lot.
Looking for an easy way to get to Clemson University? Then consider taking the CAT bus. Crawford Falls is the last pick up location on the CAT bus route and the first drop off location. This means as soon as you are picked up from Crawford Falls you will be taken directly to campus. No need to ride around to several other bus stops on the CAT route. When you are ready to return, the CAT bus will bring you directly to Crawford Falls so no need to ride the bus for several stops on your way home.
